What we check before you wire a deposit

Registered address vs. the actual site; production lines running or idle; whether your order is really in production; incoming material and finished-goods counts; packaging and marking; and a video of the unit running against your spec sheet. You get the raw video and a written report — including what was wrong. If the site does not match the business licence, you hear it before you pay, not after.
